London too expensive. What about sharing a large double room? Female only in Brixton, Devon for sale

Right.... let's see how this goes. Before you read any further I am a professional English white male seeking a female roommate (not housemate). I'm not weird or creepy or have a collection of well used axes etc. I'm pretty normal and enjoy socialising, going out, films and cooking. The normal stuff. I have not had to rent in London for a while now. That's going to change as of the end of July and I'm pretty shocked as to how the prices have got so expensive for so little result. I am after a very large double room, large enough for a double bed, a sofa, large tv and all the other bits but unfortunately the prices are way too high for my budget. I am going to be working in Brixton and the surrounding areas so somewhere near or in the surrounding areas would be excellent with value for money and the emphasis is on the size of the room. I am looking to move into somewhere on the weekend of 25th July. So I thought why not find another like minded soul who is having the same problem. Essentially move into a very large couples room and split the rent of the room 50/50 and all bills. My criteria: we would have to arrange a meeting first. Be no older than 35. Up for a laugh and generally be an easy going type of person as we will be living in close proximity and it wouldn't work if you wanted your own company all of the time.
