Hi there, I'm looking for a female to take my lovely room while I'm away, ideal someone in between of moving house or just moved to London. It's a double room in a lovely maisonette, shared with two friendly guys, in their late 30s. The room is really good size, furnished, with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. It faces the garden and it's a quite street, so it is very silent. The house has a big kitchen, a living room that opens to a lovely patio garden which can host great BBQs. The LOCATION is really CONVENIENT: - it is only 5 MIN walk from Streatham Hill train station (trains take you in 10 min to Clapham Junction, 18min to Victoria) - LESS than 10 MIN by bus to Brixton (Victoria Line) and its lively atmosphere - with buses passing every minute to take you there and elsewhere (133, 333, 59, 159 and more going to Central and East London). -15 MIN WALK to BALHAM - Northern Line I'm looking for somebody to move in on the 4-5th of September, to stay at least 3 weeks, up to the 15th-17th October. 560 a month - £130 pw £280 Deposit Viewings on Thursday 29th August and Saturday 31st Thank you for reading!!
